Sophie Mort, owner/manager
Sophie bought the gym in November 2015 and immediately set about renovating the building, converting the basement into a boxing studio and running classes in the studio.
Sophie is a local businesswoman interested in health, fitness and weight management.
She works in the gym six days a week.

Karen Allan, Fitness Instructor
Karen teaches three classes a week at Fit One Gym, and ten classes a week at Bannatynes. Her classes are:
Legs & Abs Workout - Wednesdays at 9:15 am
Tone & Stretch - Wednesdays at 5.45 pm
Tone & Stretch - Fridays at 9.15 am
Karen is a fully qualified fitness instructor.
Hugh Gilmour, gym assistant
Hugh works in the gym at weekends. He enjoys helping customers and repairing and servicing machines. He provides inductions as well as ongoing mentoring for young members.
Mia, the Golden Retriever, is the gym's receptionist. She likes the members who buy her dog treats or give her their old water bottles.
Lisa J Lowery-Jones, nutritionist

Lisa is a qualified Nutritional Therapist and will arrange to see you at the gym for a one-to-one consultation to go through your current diet and lifestyle. She will work with you to establish small changes to help you achieve your goals such as weight loss, muscle gain, or to increase energy. This costs only £15 for members (usually £55).
